A unwanted lock screen that you cant get rid of

I've tried to get support but they dont care nor do they try and hot pepper even act like they dont know what you are talking about. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRAND OF PHONE AND A WASTE OF MONEY

  Oh and they will not contact you I mean come on people how long have you waited for them to reply back to you and it not be days

  My new phone is unreal and I really loved it when I got it but now it's very hard to find my things and getting hot 🔥 and safe mode

  This just happened for me tonight.  Any fixes for it yet and is this a new 3 month old virus out there now?
