How do I access Chat Support?

During our normal hours of operation, 9am to 6pm Eastern Time, Monday to Friday:

1. Tap the Support icon on the lower-right hand corner
2. Type in keywords that describe your question; click Enter
3. If the answers displayed are not helpful, tap the "Live chat" icon below
