How do I reset my network settings?

Before you reset network settings, please note that Wi-Fi passwords and bluetooth connections will need to be added back to the device once this is done. We recommend writing down all Wi-Fi passwords currently saved on your device before reseting network settings.

Instructions

1. Tap on Settings > System > Reset Options > Reset Wi-Fi, Mobile & Bluetooth.
2. Once you've noted that Wi-Fi passwords will be deleted, proceed to tap "Reset Settings".
