How do I turn off TalkBack?

There are two methods to turn off Talk Back:

1. Press both volume buttons for 3 seconds (together at the same time). If this does not work, the shortcut is likely not turned on. Move to step 2.
2. Go to Settings > Accessibility. Tap on TalkBack and turn it off by making sure the "Use service" button is in the off position (the slider is to the left).
