How do I delete an email account or an account associated with an app?

Go to Settings > Accounts. Tap on the account you wish to remove, then tap "Remove Account."

Note: removing an account does not delete the app itself. If you wish to delete the app, tap and hold the app icon, then drag it to the upper-right corner to the text labeled "Uninstall".
